About me and my therapy practice
We all experience times in our life when things get too much or things don’t just feel right. You may be unhappy with who you are or where you are at but not know how to do things differently. Anxiety, confusion or low mood may be preventing you from enjoying your life right now. Do you feel you are be encountering the same issues again and again in your life, your work or your relationships?
I am a trained psychotherapeutic counsellor who can offer you a safe space in which to explore and resolve these issues. Together we can look at your patterns of thoughts, feelings and behaviours that influence how you interact with yourself and with other people. Bringing these patterns into awareness gives you the option of making different choices and getting different results.
