I offer telephone, video and face to face counselling and specialise in anxiety, depression, relationships and loss. Clients come to see me because they want to relieve the pain they are feeling concerning their issues and explore their relationships with their partner, colleagues, family or friends. 

I have been a fully Accredited Psychotherapist in private practice since 2012. My working experience includes counselling for the NHS, at a top London University and in a Bereavement Organisation. 

I provide a warm non-judgemental approach where you will be in control, feel actively listened to and accepted. In this space you can achieve realistic goals and move forward or simply feel how beneficial counselling is to you.

I offer short term and long term  counselling / psychotherapy to both young adults in HE, and adults of all ages and from all cultural backgrounds. My second language is Portuguese and I also offer counselling in that language.

I provide counselling work for EAPs, including AXA PPP Healthcare.
