About me and my therapy practice

I am a Psychodynamic Counsellor and I focus on both past and present areas of difficulty in your life. I aim to provide a safe, secure and confidential space for you in therapy. I cover a wide range of issues such as Depression, Anxiety and Relationship difficulties. I see both teenagers and adults. I look forward to being able to help you.

Practice description

I work in Private Practice from home. This provides a relaxed and comfortable space to talk in.

My first session

The first session is about getting to know you and any difficulties you may want to discuss in therapy. It’s important that you feel safe and comfortable in therapy and that you feel like I am a good fit for you. I will take some personal details down and the rest of the session will be spent focusing on you
