About me and my therapy practice

My practise is based in Shoreditch High Street and Liverpool Street. I have been practising as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist for over 25 years. My main way of working is Relational so that we can look at the issues you bring and try and understand them together so that you can come to a place where you hopefully feel more able to accept or change things in your life. This can sometimes mean using our relationship to understand the different ways of relating that perhaps get in the way of you being able to get what you need for yourself and from others. These needs may be short term issues or they might be long term, possibly going back to childhood. I aim to offer a sensitive, non-judgemental, confidential, safe space, for you to work through these aspects of your life and of those around you.

My first session

I offer all potential clients a free half hour session so that we can meet and discuss briefly the isse(s) that you are coming about. To look at Professional issues around Cancellation Policy, Fees, and any questions you may have. Also to see how it feels for us to work together. From this session we may decide to work together, or nor, or to away and think about it. There is no commitment at this stage.
