I am currently offering face to face sessions, following government COVID 19 safety guidelines, Walk & Talk outdoor sessions or via ZOOM video or by phone.
Sessions can be during the daytime, some evenings and occasionally on a Saturday.

You may be looking for a Counsellor for many different reasons, either for yourself or someone close to you.
Life events can leave us feeling sad, confused, overwhelmed or frightened and we may need some extra help at these times.
Counselling can be a place for you to make sense of what you are experiencing and feeling, accept things, or perhaps make changes and increase your sense of well-being.
Though it It can feel daunting, I work in a gentle and non judgemental way, at your own pace no matter how big or small your problems may feel. I aim to help you feel comfortable and at ease so we build a trusting relationship where you feel accepted and safe for us explore your emotional difficulties. You may wish to have a few sessions or prefer to work more long term.
My work with adults, young people and children 10+ has been in Private Practice, several years as School Counsellor, with Health Insurance Companies and as a Supervisor of other Counsellors.
I am primarily a Person Centred counsellor but also offer Solution Focussed and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and, if it's for you, creative therapies alongside Mindfulness.
Sessions can be one to one, with groups facing similar issues and with families.
Based in Chalfont St Peter, our sessions will take place in a peaceful, welcoming and confidential room with parking outside.
