About me and my therapy practice

My aim is to help you to deal with what brings you to counselling, provide a positive experience to develop and gain greater emotional and psychological health and to empower you to develop skills to remain this way once you feel ready to leave counselling.

 I feel enthusiastic when someone contacts me for the first time and excited by the opportunity to start working together.  Although this can be a scary and lonely time, getting the support and care you need is the first step to beginning to understand what is happening to you and why, and feel able to move forward.
