About me and my therapy practice
Do you worry about what others think of you and feel like nobody really knows YOU? Are you nervous about interacting with people, because you don`t know how to put your point across assertively? You may find yourself agreeing silently with something that you would rather say ‘no’ to, because you cannot bear even the slightest hint of disapproval. You want to have meaningful relationships with those important to you, but aren`t sure they would like or love you just as you are and not take advantage of your kindness. If you have been putting others first and feeling like you are not as important, you may start feeling emotionally drained or even overwhelmed and not know how to help yourself.
I would love to work with you, to get to know you and help you to feel better about yourself and start taking up the space that you deserve confidently without feeling terrified of being judged for who you are. Here you will have a warm, welcoming and safe space to just be you, without feeling pressured or judged.

I understand that it could be difficult to commit to therapy or find a therapist that is right for you, that is why I offer a FREE 30 minute online initial consultation to find out if we are a good fit. After we meet, you would be able to decide if you want to work with me.

I am fluent in Russian, as well as in English and have great knowledge and understanding of both cultures.

I help clients to establish healthy boundaries and find their way to relating to the world in a more efficient way, as well as make sense of their past experiences and how they manifest in their present life. We then work together on transforming their pain into personal power by taking one small step at a time in the right direction.
My first session
My initial consultation involves you telling me more about yourself: what brings you to therapy, what you are struggling with, what your aims and goals are. We would also talk about significant experiences/memories that you feel are affecting your life.
I will tell you about how I work and make some notes.
You will have an opportunity to ask me any questions.
You will then have time to decide whether we are a match and if you would like to carry on working together. You don`t have to commit to working with me on the spot.
