About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I am Sahdia, a fully qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Registered BACP member.
I work to the BACP ethical guidelines, my practice provides a safe, and confidential space, where your thoughts and feelings can be voiced, heard and explored. It will allow you the space to make sense of your situation, explore and reflect on the difficulties you are experiencing to work towards your desired outcomes.
I understand that life can sometimes be challenging, with its setbacks, traumas and tragedies, our life experiences can impact us in several ways. As your counsellor, developing a good therapeutic relationship with you is key to my practice.
