About me and my therapy practice

I offer a confidential counselling service for individuals and couples. Conveniently located in Chichester, Westbourne & Portsmouth.

I qualified as a counsellor in 2006 and have experience of working with clients on a wide range of issues.

I work within the Humanistic model of counselling, this therapeutic model centres upon valuing and appreciating you and your personal development. I blend this with the behavioural approach of ACT - Acceptance Commitment Therapy

ACT offers a very effective, evidence based and practical approach to help you move your life in the direction towards your values and all that is important to you.

ACT can help you to unhook from unhelpful thinking patterns by developing skills to help make room for uncomfortable feelings to come and go, so that you can take action to lead a rich, full and meaningful life.

The aim of ACT is to enhance human potential for a rich, full and meaningful life; to cultivate health, vitality and well-being through mindful values-based living.
