About me and my therapy practice
I have worked in my current role as an NHS counsellor since November 2015 and have been consistently among the most successful practitioners in the national IAPT service.
Although I continue to work successfully to support clients to address various psychological challenges, I specialize in complex grief work and offer those clients that work with me a proven effective package of therapeutic techniques, resources, feedback and guidance that powerfully enables successful progress through the process of grief for most people.
I am a BACP accredited counsellor and possess a BACP accredited professional diploma. I have worked successfully with clients since 2003 as an Integrative counsellor in IAPT, NHS primary care, MIND, Turning Point, CDSSL, Foundation66 and in private practice to address a wide variety of emotional and psychological challenges, including drug and alcohol issues.
I offer telephone, online or home visits, according to your needs.
All of my work includes the provision of therapeutic resources to you the client in support of your progress, as appropriate.
The therapy process is specific to your individual needs and optimised to goals identified and progress achieved within the course of therapy.
