About me and my therapy practice
Due to current Covid restrictions and Government guidelines I am not seeing any patients face to face at the moment. I am making appointments but this would be via "Zoom" video links or telephone calls. I will of course return to face to face once Covid restrictions are eased. Pleas email initial contact via email or phone call and leave a message as I may be unable at that time.
I have been a therapist for over 15 years and have treated many conditions that affect our general well-being. These include recognised treatments for Anxiety, Depression, Self esteem, Phobias, and childhood issues. I have previously run groups for OCD, Depression and Self Esteem and keen to help you discover how to resolve the difficulties you may be experiencing now. My Counselling Degree was originally Integrative I then in 2010 qualified as a Cognitive Behaviour Therapist and recently completed a Diploma in Attachment based difficulties. This may enable us together to explore the origins of your problems. You may know you want to talk to someone but not sure who to choose. Changes to improve your mood takes time so why not meet for an initial discussion and decide if you want to continue after. I am Accredited with BABCP and Senior Accredited with BACP.
