About me and my therapy practice
Counselling and can provide an opportunity to talk through difficult and sometimes distressing issues, where yo can be heard without feeling judged.
I offer a safe environment in which clients can explore issues that are troubling them. Counselling can be helpful in increasing our self awareness, and also encourage personal growth.it can also assist in identifying any unresolved problems or issues, enabling the client to make changes.
I work with individuals, couples and sometime with more than two family members. I am accredited with the BACP since 1996

I Have a post Graduate Diploma Couns, University Herts 1995
BACP Accreditation since 1996 ongoing.
Certificate Stress Management1996
Certificate in Person Centred Supervision. 2003
I offer Counselling and Psychotherapy to individuals and Couples.
Since Qualifying I have been practising for 25yrs , this includes 8 yrs as a GP practice Counsellor for two surgeries, my clients ranged from 11-96yrs.
My first session
the first session, is an opportunity to meet and discuss your issues, also for the client to decide if I am the right therapist for you. I believe it is important for the client to feel safe and heard, without feeling judged.
Also it is a space to discuss the clients future needs and sessions if appropriate
the Session is 50 minutes.
