About me and my therapy practice
Since qualifying in 2001 with an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling, I have gained a wealth of experience working therapeutically within agencies, whilst developing a successful counselling and supervision private practice. I have integrated different models into my work so that I am able to tailor the best therapy to suit client needs, whether individuals or couples. I am able to offer creative tools.
I have experience in working with the following issues: Abortion, adoption, addictions, anxiety, anger management, assertiveness, bereavement and loss, bullying, CFS/ME, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, narcissistic personality disorder, anti-social disorder, Asperger's syndrome, all types of depression, domestic violence, OCD, rape, physical, emotional, ritual and sexual abuse, trauma, post-traumatic stress, self-esteem, self-harm and suicide, relationships, family issues, infertility and the effects of IVF, stress management, terminal illness, Christian and other faith issues.
I have proved through personal experience that it is possible to achieve realistic goals and to free ourselves from the obstacles that can hold us back. It's a privilege to work with individuals and couples in this way and I offer a safe, comfortable and confidential setting in which to do this.

About me and my therapy practice
Whilst working integratively, I also offer creativity to observe significant aspects more deeply. The use of metaphor and imagery can also contribute greatly. I provide enjoyable, informative and supportive supervision. I have gained deep insight and understanding through my own process of therapy and believe this contributes to the quality of supervision. Further training has also contributed greatly to my knowledge and understanding.
