About me and my therapy practice
I currently offer video and telephone counselling with a view to returning to face-to-face sessions in Liverpool city centre when social distancing guidelines allow.
I welcome anyone wishing to improve their wellbeing during this difficult and unprecedented time. This could be moving forward after a difficult experience, overcoming current obstacles, changing unhelpful patterns or gaining a better understanding of yourself.
I work integratively, which means I draw on a range of approaches depending on what works best for you and the issues you would like to address. You might have a good awareness of what you would like help with and have specific goals we can work towards in a structured, collaborative way. Alternatively, you might be looking for a safe and confidential space to talk without fear of criticism and make sense of your experiences. I will listen with respect and without judgement.
I encourage you to get in touch for a free 15-minute telephone chat to discuss your needs and get a feel for how we could work together.
