About me and my therapy practice

Hi my names Nicole, I'm a BACP registered person centred counsellor.

I have experience of working with Adults and young people both male and female.

There are times when we need a safe place to be able to explore our thoughts and feelings both past and present, in a safe environment free from judgement.

Often taking the first step and contacting someone for support can make us feel anxious. You're human this is a normal feeling. please be assured I will offer a warm empathic space.

I offer walk and talk sessions within the local area, they are peaceful and can be adapted to suit each person I work with. This can also involve sitting peacefully outside with nature.

I am also able to offer telephone and zoom appointments.

My first session

Our first appointment together will allow you to see if working with me, feels right for you and if working together would be helpful to you.

I will gain an understanding of what you may want from counselling and how we can work together to help you move forward and make the changes you want.
