About me and my therapy practice
I use a Person Centred Approach to Counselling.
Its essence is the belief that a person is capable of much more than he or she actually believes. That's why I shall help you to help yourself.
In your sessions, we shall aim to find possible solutions to the concerns you want to talk about.
As such, a person-centred approach can, therefore, be successful in addressing a wide range of different concerns and issues.
I have not specialised in one particular area, but have worked with concerns in relation to bereavement, stress, redundancy, abuse, anger, general anxiety, anger, bullying, domestic violence, suicidal thoughts, hearing voices etc
Obviously, I shall also give you all the additional help, advice and practical tools within counselling, if that is helpful within the approach.
