About me and my therapy practice
Greetings and welcome, my name is Frank and I am a Humanistic & Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I understand that reaching out is hard, so I will endeavour to provide you with a safe, welcoming, and non-judgemental space. Together, we will explore the issues that have led you to seek therapy.
Having my own experience of how it feels to live in a different country to that of my birth, I endeavour to offer an authentic understanding of how prejudice and racism may have impacted you.
I believe that my experience enables me to approach the most challenging issues with an open mind.
While I have this understanding it is, however, your story and history which we will explore to understand why you are seeking help and support. Together we will untangle the feelings, thoughts and behaviours so you can become the person you want to be.
Together we can find a way forward that feels right for you.

My sessions are open-ended, which means that we can work long term together. While you may feel that just a few sessions are what you need. My fee’s are £45, for a 50-minute session.
I’m currently offering concessionary rates to students, front-line and emergency services.
My first session
I offer a free 15 minute telephone or video consultation, as I believe it is important to find a therapist who is right for you. Prior to consultation, I will send you a copy of my working agreement for you to so have an idea of how I work as a therapist.
Should, this first meeting with me, doesn’t feel right for you, and then you are under no obligation to carry on engaging with me. Visa-versa, should I feel the same, I will be more than happy to support/ help you consider exploring other options that might be right for you.
We will explore about your reasons for seeking therapy as well as what you are hoping and expecting to get from working together therapeutically.
