About me and my therapy practice
As an experienced therapist, I will work with you to utilise strategies to manage whatever brings you to seek therapy but believe it is also important to understand and address the underlying issues, in order to effect real change.
Regardless of what brings you to therapy – anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, work difficulties, issues with food – whatever it is, therapy can provide an opportunity to move beyond patterns and beliefs that get in the way of real change in order to bring about something new and something different.
