About me and my therapy practice

My approach is mainly Psychodynamic when working with individuals - helping them to make sense of their lives.

When working with couples undergoing relational difficulties I prefer to use an ‘Emotionally Focused’ approach.

Working as a midwife and with my many years of experience I can offer mothers/couples support with a variety of pregnancy/birth related issues.

Where suitable and appropriate I can offer faith based therapy.

I can offer long term and time limited therapy.

The fee is £50 for individuals, £75 for couples
