About me and my therapy practice
Counselling provides a safe, therapeutic environment for you to explore any difficult emotions, thoughts or behaviours you may be experiencing.
I am an integrative counsellor and hold a Master’s degree in integrative counselling and psychotherapy. I use a combination of the person-centred approach, CBT and the attachment theory. I work in private practice from my home and offer both short and long term therapy.
In addition to face-to-face sessions, I also do telephone and digital counselling via Zoom (a confidential video platform).
Some of the difficulties I have worked with include: depression, anxiety, stress, self-harm, trauma, abuse, bereavement, relationship struggles, low self-esteem and phobias.
I offer a free 30 minute initial assessment, simply for us to have a chat and decide if you want to go ahead with regular counselling sessions.
If you have any questions, please feel free to get in contact or see my website details below for further information.
