I work with individuals, couples, and relationships to help explore and understand the difficulties they are experiencing.

Imitate relationships can move to the bottom of the pile when we are juggling home, work, and families. We can find it difficult to communicate and often find ourselves not feeling heard. Individuals might look for intimacy outside their primary relationship, the impact of this discovery can be devastating. Sexual of psychological abuse can leave us feeling overwhelmed by shame, guilt, and anger. Infertility issues can lead to deep feeling of pain, shame, guilt and upset. Childhood may also impact on our relationship and beliefs around sex. Sometimes our bodies let us down, sex issues for example vaginismus and erectile issues can cause much distress. As a Psychotherapist and specialist Sex and Relationship Therapist I can offer you the support you need. You do not need to do this alone. Together we can find a way forward.  

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and The College of Sex and Relationship Therapists (RegCOSRT). I work online with clients in the UK, Ireland and aboard.  Before starting my private practice, I worked for a central London clinic specialising in support, and professional therapeutic training in compulsive sexual behaviour and a Hertfordshire centre specialising in sex therapy.
