About me and my therapy practice
I believe entering into counselling is a brave choice. Once you recognise you need help, counselling is your first step to exploring how to resolve the events and circumstances life throws at you.
Your first session is a chance for you to decide if I am the right counsellor for you, and to discuss what has bought you to counselling and how I can help.
Ways I can help
I can offer short or long term therapy, helping with a range of common life problems such as, depression and low mood, self esteem, relationships (family dynamics as well as partners), LGBTQ+, stress and anxiety, and alcohol use.
I have spent many years working and specialising in bereavement, loss and change. I have also worked with neurologically-diverse clients, helping clients with the emotional effects of living with dyslexia and dyspraxia in adulthood. Therefore my specialist knowledge is in, but not limited to these areas.
