About me and my therapy practice
Heal your past, live your present, create your future: Free parking, 10 minutes’ walk from Winchmore Hill station.
I work with clients by first exploring what brings them to therapy and what they hope to achieve. I aim to enable clients to deepen their understanding of themselves and their relationships, to tackle hurdles, long term problems and to fully take control of their lives. Whilst therapy can be challenging, it can also be a hugely rewarding and life changing experience. I work in a warm, honest and engaging way, respecting my client and building a rewarding, non-judgmental relationship, to help give clients the time and space to think about life in the way they need to.
I am a Senior Accredited member of the BACP, adhering to their Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy and Professional Conduct Procedure. I am also a UKRCP Registered Independent Counsellor/Psychotherapist, and hold Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.
Having run the counselling provision at a large comprehensive school in East London for 5 years, I now work at LSE, counselling students and running their Peer Support programme, as well as seeing clients aged 16+ through my private practice.
