About me and my therapy practice

I am an experienced therapist, working with private clients, Employee Assistance Programmes and for the NHS.

Feeling anxious or depressed now and then is a normal part of being human. But sometimes our experiences or circumstances can cause these feelings to become overwhelming, stopping us from living in the way that we would like.

I offer a space where you can talk about and gain greater understanding of your feelings without being judged.

I will work with you to explore your situation, making sense of your experiences in order to bring relief and greater clarity. This puts you in a better place to move on with your life, perhaps by making changes or by making peace with a situation that cannot be changed.

I offer sessions online using Zoom or over the phone.
