About me and my therapy practice

Thank you for visiting my profile, here is a little information about me. I have many years experience as an individual counsellor, couples counsellor and working with issues related to drug and alcohol misuse.

I believe my role is to support you to come to a greater understanding of your situation by discussing and enabling you to express your thoughts and feelings in a safe and comfortable way through talking.

I know it can be daunting and confusing trying to find a therapist particularly when there are so many to choose from. If you are considering counselling I would be happy to discuss your needs with you, please contact me using the contact details provided in my profile.

In addition to offering individual therapy I specialise in relationships and couples I am also an EMDR (eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing) practitioner offering support for those suffering from complex trauma, anxiety and PTSD.

My first session

Our initial meeting will focus on discussing you needs and how counselling can best support you to meet them. We may arrange to meet regularly over a period of time on a regular basis, usually weekly.
