My core hours for supervision are 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday.

About me and my therapy practice

I am an experienced counsellor qualified and working with individuals, couples, and children. I work with people experiencing a wide range of issues and I have been a university lecturer in counselling for several years.

My work as a supervisor is integrative, firmly underpinned by a person-centred perspective. I believe it is important to be able to move between theoretical concepts - to be open to learning about theory, practice and self.

Practice description

I try to work alongside you in creating supervision to meet your specific wants and needs as much as possible, with awareness that these may evolve over time. We can start by figuring out what your supervisory wants and needs may be, if that is something you would like to do.

In short, I aim to help you develop your skills, practice and self in a safe and ethical environment.

My first session

I would be happy to hear from you for an initial free-of-charge discussion to help each of us determine whether we'd like to work together.

I offer trainees a reduced rate of £40 an hour.
