About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified BACP registered Person-Centred counsellor offering face to face sessions in Hove. Maybe you are at a time in your life which is challenging, and you need someone to talk to? My work is ‘Person-Centred’, which is non-directive (I won't tell you what to do/offer advice) and is non-medical.
I am committed to offering a confidential, inclusive and welcoming space. You can explore your thoughts & feelings at your own pace. I will offer you empathy, acceptance, warmth, and a non-judgmental relationship. Specialising in trans &/or non-binary, LGBTQIA, disability and domestic abuse. Sliding scale sessions are available.
Contacting a stranger for counselling can be a daunting experience. Maybe you have been to counselling before, or this is a new experience. We will talk on the telephone for our first 30 minute session (or less if you choose), so you can get a feel if we are the right ‘fit' together. This session is free, & you can ask me any questions you may have. Availability daytime, evenings and weekend mornings.
