My working hours are Monday to Friday from 8am - 9pm. However, I have limited availability, so please contact me with your preferred days and times and we can work something out.
About me and my therapy practice
You are here because you would like to feel better. The issue could be a specific anxiety, depression or addiction, or a resting ill-ease that you are missing something from life. Making sense of it can be difficult on your own.
Through counselling, I can help you make sense of what is happening so that you can start to feel more like the person that you want to be.
It can be difficult opening up to someone; I’ve been there, I understand. As an open, caring and trustworthy male therapist, I am uniquely positioned to give you a safe space to talk, to be seen, heard and understood. I will support you to look beneath the surface and see things you haven’t seen before and help you find a way to move forward.
