About me and my therapy practice

Welcome. I'm Dalma. I am a registered psychotherapeutic counsellor. I support individuals with their psychological wellbeing, and with particular areas of emotional challenge, either on a short or long term basis.

My main interests and expertise are helping people through significant change, working to individuate themselves from their past or conditioning, navigating loss and bereavement, working with depression, abuse (sexual, physical, emotional and financial) or anxiety, resolving relationship issues or support on women issues including fertility.

My other interest is to contribute to my professional community's ongoing training and development hence working as a committee member on the Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists in North London (ACPNL).

I am also a practitioner of mindfulness and meditation and always endeavour to work holistically. I very much enjoy relating with clients from different ethnical and cultural backgrounds. I offer my clients strict confidentiality and a quiet and comfortable private room in which to meet.
