About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified person-centred BACP accredited therapist, who offers face to face, on line and telephone therapy.
I have extensive experience and training in working with clients to enable them to explore in a safe, confidential environment without judgement.
My work is in accordance to the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Counselling is about you and supporting you along your own personal journey to explore past and present, whatever arises for you. I believe that our work together will provide you both the space that is needed to explore both feelings and emotions, through empathic listening.
I have worked with both young and old in different environments and settings. I am currently working as a private practitioner as well as supporting mental health clients within the NHS.
My first session
I offer a non obligation introductory therapy session for new clients at a reduced cost of £25 for a 50 minute counselling session. Here we will discuss you counselling needs in a safe, confidential environment.
