About me and my therapy practice
I know from my own experience that starting counselling can be a daunting prospect and you may be wondering if this is the right path for you. I will listen to whatever you would like to talk about and I will help you to explore, understand and make sense of what is troubling you, in a safe and confidential space.
I work as a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor and I am focused on building a trusting relationship with my clients so that they can explore their thoughts, feelings and emotions with me. I am trained to use Person Centred, Transactional Analysis and Gestalt approaches. This means that I can use a range of counselling approaches to help with my client's individual needs. You can read more about these approaches on my website.
I have experience of working with clients from diverse backgrounds and ages and have helped people to find clarity and guidance when stress, anxiety and depression are having an impact on their life. I also have knowledge and experience of working with relationships, sexuality and gender diversity.
Please get in touch with me if you would like to start counselling or have a question to ask.
