Availability

I currently have space to offer sessions either virtually or in person from my private practice in Locksheath, just outside of Southampton and Portsmouth. As I work full time as a counsellor for the University of Portsmouth I am available Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6pm while Tuesdays and Saturdays between 9am and 12.30pm.  I will be unavailable from mid-December but will be working again from the beginning of January

About me and my therapy practice

I have been a counselling supervisor since 2016 with experience of facilitating both group and individual sessions.   I have been trained in The Seven-Eyed Model for delivering supervision, however my background as an integrative therapist also informs my practice.  My counselling career thus far, working with Rape Crisis, the Metropolitan Police as well as secondary and higher education has provided me with a wealth of valuable experience that I hope will be of benefit
