About me and my therapy practice
Counselling is a great opportunity to help sort out what is going on in your head in a non judgemental, safe place where you can feel comfortable to express your thoughts and feelings which you might never have spoken about before or been able to put into words. Wondering what is going on for you and what to do about it becomes clearer when talked through.
I have experience working with people who have all kinds of personal problems. It does not matter what the problem or how small you might think it, counselling can make all the difference. My job is to help you feel comfortable in the counselling setting.
I began a career in counselling because my own experience of counselling over a number of years was so positive and so I want to encourage you to seek help and support. People I have worked with have already discovered the benefits of counselling for themselves. Why don't you give it a try and email or call me.
I work in a therapeutic professional environment at St Barnabas House in Gillingham, where there is a waiting area and a warm welcome.
Email or telephone me if you want further information or have a question, I will be happy to respond.
