About me and my therapy practice

For the past 30 years I have provided support and counselling for children, young people and adults who have been experiencing a wide range of issues.

My approach is person centred working empathically and creatively to make sure that my clients are provided with a safe space where they are able to explore past and/or present issues freely, in a non judgmental way.

Self care is vital in the therapeutic journey therefore a large part of my work with individuals is to encourage them to develop their own self care. I support individuals to take control so that they feel empowered to make changes and discover their own solutions. I value the importance of the therapeutic relationship between the counsellor and the client.

I offer an introductory 30 minute session so you are able to make your own decision if I am right counsellor for you. Please contact me to arrange a time to meet. I look forward to hearing from you.
