About me and my therapy practice

Initial consultation free of charge. Consultations are offered in a quiet, private and comfortable therapy room in Friern Barnet N11. Counselling & psychotherapy is the provision of a special relationship with a trained person, who will help you to explore difficulties and problems in your life. Many people find that talking things through with someone who has been trained to listen and to support them leaves them less confused and better able to make the changes they need to improve the quality of their lives. I am the Deputy Director of Training at The Minster Centre and a member of the teaching staff (training for counsellors and psychotherapist). I have more than 25 years experience of working in hospital, social services, community and residential settings and have held a number of senior management positions. Supervision for counsellors & psychotherapists: I offer supervision for both qualified therapists and trainees. I am also a tutor on the Minster Centre Diploma and/or MA in Supervision. I am also the supervisor of short term counselling for a leading North London service. I offer individual & group supervision as part of my private practice.
