I charge £59 for individuals per 55 minute session, £69 for couples and £100 for family therapy.

Currently, I am available during the hours of 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 08:30 to 11:30 Saturday for face-to-face meeting here in Leamington Spa, online (Zoom, Skype, FaceTime or Teams) or via telephone.

About me and my therapy practice

At Spa Counselling, I will listen and relate to you in a non-judgemental, empathic and confidential environment. You will be helped to understand yourself better and engage in a process to take back control of the 'you' whom you want to be. I have specialist training and qualifications in Psychological Trauma (single-event & complex trauma) and its effects on the psyche and body.

There are many reasons why you may wish to speak with a counsellor but a desire for some 'change' is usually present within my clients. There may be something about you that is being carried from past experiences, feelings about yourself such as low self-worth, or anxiety brought on by relationships with others or circumstances surrounding you that seem to be an assault on you. You may be suffering from depression or fears which are seemingly taking control of you. Addictions, eating disorders and previous trauma history are common reasons for my working with clients. I have wide experience assisting clients with dissociative disorders and also PTSD.

Taking that first step in the counselling process, to come and see me may be difficult but I will attempt to put you at ease from our first meeting so that you can share freely within a confidential environment. I will aim to assure you feel safe and welcome and be here for you to express yourself and commence the therapy process.

Practice description

I am fully qualified as a psychotherapist and counsellor with an honours degree from University of Warwick and a Masters (Distinction) degree in 'Trauma Informed Practice' at University of Nottingham.

My practice is located in a Victorian house which creates a peaceful environment for clients. There is free off-road parking in-front.
