About me and my therapy practice
Therapy is about moving on from the challenges that can block our lives, and seeking change through exploring the hope, potential and opportunity within us. As an integrative counsellor, I support clients with an holistic and solution-focussed approach, which is to suit the individual needs of every client, at each stage of their therapy. By offering this style of support throughout therapy sessions, clients are able to build hope and care for themselves, bringing about a healthier and happier future.

Whilst the office has had to close, you can still access support in the following ways;

Use firstname.lastname@example.org or the website Contact page to message for support. This option can be used for a brief check in, to continue support, to current clients, but is also a contact point for any new client that may be wishing to seek support.
Video sessions can be booked using either Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp or Facetime, either on your phone, laptop, PC or tablet. An information sheet will be sent to you, upon booking. This information will cover all the important considerations that will maintain your safety and privacy whilst online.
