About me and my therapy practice
I work with adults and adolescents. I believe we are all unique and therefore my approach is relational and sensitive to each person with whom I work.
I aim to get to know you through weekly sessions where difficult feelings can be shared and understood. I aim to support you in creating a feeling of internal space and safety which then gives a chance to understand and know yourself better. To access your feelings and experiences more openly and ultimately find a healthier way to feel inside yourself.
I have a BSC in Psychology and a Masters in Counselling & Psychotherapy.
I have trained with MIND and completed supplementary training at the Tavistock in adolescence, eating disorders and self harm.
If you wish to book an exploratory 1st session then please email me.
I work from my home base in SW14.
