About me and my therapy practice
I am a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and Counsellor with over 25 years of experience, working with individuals, couples and young people.
I have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship problems, bereavement and loss, low self esteem, self harm and personal development.
I offer a safe, confidential and reflective space where you can talk about your issues and where they may have originated from in the past.
We will then work together to make sense of your feelings, and look at the impact on your current life and relationships. This work can then lead to understanding, relief and meaningful change.
My first session
I offer an initial session, where you will have the opportunity to talk about your current difficulties and what has led up to them. We will then think together about how therapy can help and whether you would like to continue with weekly sessions either for a prescribed amount of time, or on an open-ended basis.
All sessions last for 50 minutes
