About me and my therapy practice

I offer individual counselling for young people and adults aged 11 years and over.

Face to face consultations are available now between Buckingham and Milton Keynes in a countryside setting.

You can choose to take some of your sessions outside.This promotes a therapeutic connection with nature to complement your therapy.

Clients from further away can access counselling online via Zoom or over the phone.

Most of my clients come from a countryside background.

Having spent the first 35 years of my working life as a dairy farmer, I feel well placed to understand the challenges of modern rural living.

I also worked as a volunteer for Carers MK as part of my training and have a particular interest in offering carer support.

I have full professional liability insurance and hold a current enhanced DBS certificate.
