About me and my therapy practice
I offer a confidential and accepting space to talk about whatever’s going on for you.
I work to understand what it’s like to be you - enabling you to gain greater awareness and acceptance about yourself and what you are experiencing. This process can help you to find other ways of living that feel better for you - now and in your future.
"If we can learn how to feel our way through these experiences and own our stories of struggle, we can write our own brave endings. When we own our stories, we avoid being trapped as characters in stories someone else is telling" Brené Brown
I am passionate about working affirmatively with gender, sexual & relational diversities.
I see people from a comfortable room right by Glasgow Central train station. There are a couple of steps when entering the building; if you need a fully accessible place to meet let me know and I will do my best to find a suitable space for us.
