About me and my therapy practice

I have over thirty years experience of working with individuals and groups on personal and work-related development issues. I have a degree in psychology and masters degrees in health promotion and management learning and leadership. I am also a qualified teacher and trainer. I have significant experience in coaching and group facilitation as well as having a current and established private practice as a counsellor. I teach for Aberystwyth University (lifelong learning) on applied psychology courses and also teach for the Open University on psychology, counselling and health and social care courses. My current courses relate to exploring fear and sadness (anxiety and depression), child psychology, adult life course development , health psychology and positive psychology and I draw on this understanding in working with clients. I continuously develop my practice and this year completed a qualification in counselling in a forensic setting. I am also completing a Cert.
