About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified and BACP accredited counsellor with more than 25 years of experience. I would describe myself as a humanistic counsellor that uses a person-centred approach. In addition, I have undertaken training in cognitive behavioural therapy.
An open and honest expression of personal experiences and feelings will help the mental well-being of a person. This means, given the right conditions, a person is able to achieve growth with him/herself and lead a more fruitful life.
I provide face to face and telephone counselling as per clients' requirements. I have a wide range of experience in a variety of settings and I work with people from a broad range of cultural and social backgrounds. I have specialised experience in working with refugees, carers and survivors of rape/sexual abuse. I also offer counselling in Tamil language.
Situated at a five-minute walk from Penge East Station and a ten-minute walk from New Beckenham Station. There is also ample street parking available.
