About me and my therapy practice

I work from a Person-Centred approach with a wide range of issues. I believe that the act of seeking help for your mental health and wellbeing is a sign of strength. My job is to put you at the centre of our work and help you discover what is that you need. We are all different and you are the only person who knows what you truly feel. I can be the mirror that you look in to see and hear yourself clearly.

Acceptance lies at the core of my approach. You are welcome to bring all the thoughts and feelings that you wish to explore. I am here to offer you a safe space where it is all contained.

I speak both English and Russian fluently.

Practice description

I am based in Rochester and I offer a confidential space from a therapy room in my own home and I also do walk and talk therapy, which is safer in the current climate.

Online and telephone therapy is also available.

My first session

When we first meet we will have a discussion about us working together and about how I protect your privacy and keep the work safe. We will talk about what brings you here, what your needs are and what the best way for us to work together is.
