About me and my therapy practice
Life can be unexpectedly hard for all of us and counselling can really adjust your life by giving you the chance to share your concerns with someone skilled at listening who can help you come to terms with emotions or other issues troubling your life.
I studied for 3 years to get my Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and after completing this I gained my membership with the British Associated of Counselling and Psychotherapy. I worked in schools for 2 years counselling pupils and I also worked for a Mental Health Helpline.
I offer over the phone counselling, online counselling, face to face counselling and walk and talk counselling.
