About me and my therapy practice

As an experienced and qualified therapist I believe how we each make sense of life is unique to us. Understanding how you feel about what is happening, or happened, can sometimes be difficult and confusing. I offer the opportunity and space for exploring how you feel in a safe and private setting. I will help you look at issues such as relationships, bereavement, anger-management, self-esteem, eating disorders, and stress-related difficulties. I am a registered and accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and I work with adults both on a long or short term basis, in sessions which are 50 minutes long. I have a confidential answerphone where you can leave your contact details. Taking the step of seeking support can be challenging and I will endeavour to make this experience a welcoming and rewarding one.
