About me and my therapy practice
All of us have periods of emotional difficulty during our lives and sometimes we find that it is hard to understand and move forward. If you are experiencing this, then sharing can be very beneficial and together we can navigate those overwhelming feelings and situations that can make you feel stuck.
I am a fully qualified 'person centred' Counsellor which means we work at your pace and with what is comfortable. For specific unhelpful thinking patterns I can offer CBT (cognitive behavourial therapy) which is more of an analytical approach.
I am a warm and empathic person. I believe that trust and building a good relationship will allow you to explore your feelings, past and present, in a safe and caring environment.
I will not judge you nor provide solutions - just offer you a confidential space to untangle your thoughts and feelings and help you to look at options to make any changes.
