About me and my therapy practice

With over 25 years experience in private practice, I offer Counselling and psychotherapy to adults experiencing a wide range of emotional, relationship, and work related difficulties. There are times in all our lives when we feel unable to cope or ’stuck’, and I appreciate how difficult it might feel to see a counsellor for the first time, but I can offer you support, and sit alongside you as we explore and make sense of how you are feeling and what is happening in your life. Enabling you to reconnect with the flow of life, ultimately finding your own unique way of being in the world.
