Can you remember a time when you were given an hour to explore your thoughts without opinions, judgement or interruptions?

Maybe you’re tired from always putting others first, you’re feeling too anxious to even be around other people or maybe your thoughts are too overwhelming.

Whatever the reason you are on this page right now, you don't have to carry on doing it alone.

You don't have to compete for time or attention to tell your story. I provide you with the space to share your thoughts, feelings and experiences and we work together to make sense of your world.

In my room, you are the focus. Although it can be daunting, you deserve to put yourself first. 

Practice description

You are important, your feelings matter, and I want to see and hear from you.

When you send me your details, I will contact you to arrange a (free) 25 minute video call so that we can get to know a little bit about each other.

There is no obligation to work together after we meet but you will have all the information you need to make your decision.

My first session

Our first session is an extension to our first interaction. I will have sent you a detailed working agreement but I will give us time to talk through any remaining questions you may have.

I will get to understand the main reasons you have chosen to come to counselling and ask you about your expectations and needs from me. We are putting the foundations in place to build a great relationship.

In the early sessions I will get an understanding of how you want to work together, either on a short or long term basis. We will also review and reflect upon our sessions regularly.

Throughout our time together, I will show you that I care and you will experience what it's like to be seen and heard.
