About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I’m Bob. I’m a fully qualified Counsellor and I can offer a safe and confidential space where you can talk about the issues that are affecting you without being judged. Currently due to the pandemic, I am offering online and phone counselling.

Practice descriptionMy approach is primarily person-centred which means it is non-directive and led by you. However, I also use other approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Transactional Analysis as appropriate. I have experience of working with a range of personal and emotional issues but have focussed most on career change, relationships, young people, stress, anxiety, and depression.
My first session
Reaching out for help can feel scary and overwhelming. I know how this feels as I too have overcome many hurdles in my own life.
I offer a free 20 minute initial telephone meeting, where you will be able to ask me any questions that you may have, and talk about why you feel that you may benefit from counselling.
If you feel comfortable with me and feel I am the right counsellor for you, together we can book a counselling session together.
